This boutique co-working space located in historic downtown Katy, TX reached out to Workscape Designs for a second time looking for a creative solution that didn’t break the bank and allowed for future flexibility. Covid increased the demand for single person offices but there were no vacancies! Workscape proposed a modular acoustical wall system that would grow with the changing environment. In two days and with four men the offices were complete with minimal disruption to community members. Something unheard of in typical stick-built construction practices.
